Sublette Center Nursing Home Care offers around-the-clock
care by our professional staff supervised by a physician Medical Director.
We are located in Pinedale at the base of the beautiful Wind River Mountain
Range.
We are committed to responding to the needs of our residents through standards of excellence that preserve the dignity of each individual. |
| We offer 60 skilled nursing beds in our medical
section providing nursing care, personal hygiene, laundry service, three
meals daily with additional snacks and rehabilitation services as needed.
We have physical, occupational, and speech/language therapies available as needed.

Facilities are entirely on one floor and are designed
for handicapped accessibility. Visitors are encouraged between the hours
of 8 am through 9 pm.
Our Dietary Department serves attractive, nutritious meals and therapeutic diets to meet each resident's needs under the direction of a Registered Dietitian and Food Service Manager. |
| We offer flexible recreational activity programs
to enhance socialization including one-to-one interaction for individual
needs. We coordinate with physicians, lab procedures and pharmacists to
meet each resident's health care needs.
